Carole Baxter

Oasis Renewal Center StaffHi, my name is Carole Baxter.

As executive director for Recovery Centers of Arkansas, my role is diverse. I consider myself truly blessed to have worked both as a direct service provider and as an administrator in the behavioral health treatment field for the past 36 years. So much has changed for the better over the years. People with addictive disorders now have the realistic expectation of living a full and productive life in recovery. Family members now have access to so much more information about how to provide healthy support for a loved one with alcohol or other drug problems. We welcome you to begin this process for yourself and your family at the Oasis Renewal Center.

Thank you,

Carole Baxter, M.S.

David Bradshaw

Oasis Renewal Center Staff Hi, my name is David Bradshaw. I am the Clinical Director of the Oasis Renewal Center. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring over 20 years of experience in providing direct treatment services for diverse emotional and addiction problems. My areas of expertise include family counselinghave recognized quickly that the majority of people needing our services have never experienced individual or family therapy. This is an area that we address very well as we develop an individualized plan based on each person’s needs and preferences that covers all areas of one’s personhood. Having worked as a Licensed Certified Social Worker in various roles in mental health over the past 20 years, I have been blessed with enriching experiences that have prepared me to offer quality individual, group, and family therapy. Over the years, I have benefitted from having some of the best possible training: experienced mentors, great hands-on training experiences such as co-therapy with well known clinicians, helpful formal education and training in behavioral health and spirituality, self directed study and continuing education, and even my own trials and triumphs that make a difference in me being both empathic as well as professional in delivering a helpful service. If you are willing, there is help, there is hope! If you have lost all hope, let us help you get that back! We have a diverse team with the kind of experience that will help you get on the road to recovery. Come and visit or call and find out what we have to offer. Our 30 day Residential Program is an experience that anyone would benefit from-we also offer outpatient services that are second to none. Our clients will tell you that their experience at the Oasis Renewal Center has changed their lives and has enlightened them and given them the tools to make the positive changes they have always wanted.

God Bless,
David Bradshaw, LCSW
